Refund policy

Each shirt, sweatshirt, tote bag, and hoodie is made to order. There are no returns or exchanges. An item received damaged can be returned to us for a store credit within three business days after delivery (72 hours). You will not receive a refund or exchange. Instead, you will be given store credit for an item (s) of equal or lesser value. A store credit will not be given for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by customer handling. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a store credit.

Damages and issues


We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within three business days (72 hours) if it is damaged or defective or if it is the wrong item, so we can rectify the issue. An item that is the wrong size and does not fit well is not eligible for store credit. A picture should be taken to display the item's condition, along with the order number and email address.

It is not possible to reship or correct an address that has been entered incorrectly by a customer.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sales are final and cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.  We cannot issue refunds or store credit for lost items.


Exchange

Items cannot be exchanged. Store credit can only be issued for defective or damaged items. 


Refunds


Once we've received and inspected your damaged or defective return item, we'll let you know if store credit has been approved or not. After we receive the item, you'll receive an email allowing you to create a customer account to access the store credit within five business days. 

Shipping

All of our shirts are made to order. Orders may take up to fourteen days to process after purchase. Domestic shipping via USPS/Priority Mail may take up to 14 business days. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept international orders at the present time. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you. Delays in shipping are sometimes caused by carriers. Loss of packages or incorrect addresses entered during the ordering process are not our responsibility and will not be refunded. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address.
